Owners, Tom and Connie WilliasonCompany History

Solid Rock Builders and Developers, Inc., was founded by Tom and Connie Williamson. Prior to founding Solid Rock, Tom was a career Army officer. During his 20 years of service, he served as an Airborne Ranger with the elite 75th Ranger Regiment. He also had extended tours of duty with the Army’s Special Operating Forces. Subsequently, he managed industrial construction projects for the Army in the Great Lakes region. After retiring from the military, he managed Wisconsin’s second largest multifamily construction company. In that capacity, he supervised the construction of over 600 residential and multifamily units.

Connie was also an Army officer. After leaving the military, she became a grade school teacher and later joined Tom in management of the company. Connie now directs all administrative activities for Solid Rock.

The Williamsons founded the company in July of 2001 with the vision of providing development and construction services for commercial customers and investors seeking real estate investment opportunities in new construction. Since its founding, Solid Rock has constructed over 400 multifamily and commercial units. As Solid Rock has grown, the company has earned a reputation for its Five Star commercial and multifamily construction projects.

If a mistake in workmanship or material occurs on our job sites, no employee needs management permission to do the right thing. If we make a mistake, we notify our customer, make it right and move on.
